Middlesboro Daily News employees recently moved to their new office location at 1275 North 25th Street and now they are inviting business owners, officials and Bell County residents to come by and see the new office.
In conjunction with the Bell County Chamber of Commerce, The Middlesboro Daily News will be hosting an open house on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Refreshments will be served and those in attendance will be able to meet with various members of the Daily News staff.
Those in attendance will also be able to take a tour of the new office, which is more modern and functional for the newspaper staff and is conveniently located in the Binghamtown area, near Downtown Middlesboro. In addition to better meeting the needs for the Middlesboro Daily News staff, the new office also has better parking options for customers.
Middlesboro Daily News General Manager Cynthia Orr expressed how pleased everyone is with the office that meets the needs of both the staff and customer base and urges the community to stop in on Wednesday.
“We are so very pleased to be in our new Middlesboro Daily News office,” said Orr. “It is so nice to have space that meets our needs so well and provides ample parking convenience for our customers. We invite the community to stop by and visit us.”
The new location is very easily found — simply turn at the light at Walmart and head toward Binghamtown, continue through the four-way stop by Green Hills Funeral Home, toward Binghamtown and 25th street and there will be a group of houses. On the right there is a metal building with a large, handicap accessible parking lot — this is the new home of the Middlesboro Daily News.
The Middlesboro Daily News Office is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
