Judge Robert Estep handled several plea agreements recently during hearings in Claiborne Sessions Court.
Cornelia E. Mullins, 47, charged with driving under the influence and public intoxication, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with two days confinement. Mullins was given credit for two days jail time already served. She must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines and attend a MADD Victim Impact Panel. Her driver’s license is revoked for one year. This case runs concurrently with prior ones.
Tammy Ann Price, 51, charged with driving under the influence, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with two days confinement. Price was given credit for two days jail time already served. She must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines and attend a MADD Victim Impact Panel. Her driver’s license is revoked per the Department of Safety.
Ahmed Hussain, 35, charged with driving under the influence, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with two days confinement. Hussain was given credit for any jail time already served. She must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines and attend a MADD Victim Impact Panel. Her driver’s license is revoked for one year.
Keith Collins, 52, charged with driving under the influence, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with two days confinement. Collins was given credit for any jail time already served. He must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines and attend a MADD Victim Impact Panel. His driver’s license is revoked for one year.
Macie Marie Baker, 54, charged with driving under the influence, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with two days confinement. Baker was given credit for any jail time already served at arrest. She must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines and attend a MADD Victim Impact Panel. Her driver’s license is revoked for one year.
Charles Littrell, 28, charged with aggravated criminal trespassing, was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation. As a condition of his probationary status, Littrell must pay all court costs and fines in full by Sept. 14.
Dustin Ellison, 29, charged with criminal trespassing, was sentenced to 30 days confinement with credit for six days jail time already served.
Caleb Robbins, 20, charged with criminal trespassing, was sentenced to 30 days confinement with credit for six days jail time already served.
Estill Herman Yaden, 66, charged with resisting arrest, was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation. As a condition of his probationary status, Yaden must pay all court costs in full by Oct. 6.
Ross A. Smith, 23, charged with attempted retaliation for past actions, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with five days confinement. Smith was given credit for five days jail time already served. He must pay $75 per month in court costs and fines and must complete a mental health assessment. Smith agreed to forfeit the firearms seized and will not own firearms throughout the duration of his sentence. He is barred from threatening or harassing any law enforcement officer and must stay at least 1,000 ft. away from his victims.
David Brooks, 49, charged with violation of community supervision for life, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days TDOC supervised probation with 30 days confinement. Brooks will serve his confinement in 30, 24 hour periods each Saturday. He must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines.
Jason K Brooks, 27, charged with possession of a schedule II drugs and drug paraphernalia, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days unsupervised probation with one day confinement. Brooks was given credit for one day jail time already served. As a condition of his probationary status, Brooks paid all court costs and fines in full the day of his hearing. His status will remain unsupervised as long as he is found fully compliant.
Charles L. Jones, 24, charged with possession of a schedule VI drugs, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation. Jones must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines.
Dustin McDonald, 25, charged with attempted theft under $500 and attempted possession of a schedule VI drugs, was sentenced to a concurrent six months confinement. McDonald was given credit for 56 days jail time already served. Restitution was to be determined at a later date. This case runs concurrently with prior ones.
Kevin Fleenor, 36, charged with attempted theft, was sentenced to six months TDOC supervised probation with 45 days confinement. Fleenor was given credit for 29 days jail time already served. He must pay at least $100 per month in court costs beginning 30 days after release from jail and forfeits $75 to the Economic Crime Fund.
