Possession indictments passed down

The Bell County Grand Jury recently returned numerous possession indictments set to be heard in court on July 18.

Kelly M. Lewis, 42, of Tazewell, was included in the indictments. She was indicted on charges of third-degree possession of a controlled substance and theft of identity of another without consent for events that occurred on or around April 14.

Also included were:

*Leslie Rose Napier, 34, of Pineville, was indicted on possession of marijuana, buy or possess drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, and second-degree possession of a controlled substance for events that occurred on or around March 13;

*Phong K. Miller, 38, of Pineville, was indicted on operating a motor vehicle under the influence, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, controlled substance prescription not in original container, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance for events that occurred on or about Dec. 27;

*Brenda Jean Bullins, 41, of Middlesboro, buy or possess drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance for events that occurred on or around March 25;

*Angel Star Partin, 18, Middlesboro, third-degree terroristic threatening, resisting arrest, third-degree criminal mischief, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance for events that occurred on or around March 28;

*Leonard Wiley Luckadoo, 21, of Ewing, Virginia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance for events that occurred on or around April 10;

*Billie Jean Hale, 40, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, and third-degree possession of a controlled substance for events that occurred on or around April 6;

*Eric Shawn Stewart, of Fourmile, first-degree possession of a controlled substance for events that occurred on or around April 13;

*Mary Bullock, 52, of Middlsboro, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication by a controlled substance, and tampering with physical evidence for events that occurred on or around May 4;

*Melissa Naff, 23, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance for events that occurred on or around March 2;

*Chase Naff, 25, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and two counts of failure to wear seat for events that occurred on or around March 2;

*Frank Morton, 35, of Middlesboro, no or expired registration plate, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance for events that occurred on or around Feb. 18;

*Jesse Hubert Brock, 35, of Wallins Creek, public intoxication by a controlled substance, first-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, and third-degree terroristic threatening for events that occurred on or around March 22;

*Trevor E. Ewing, 22, of Middlesboro, theft by unlawful taking, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana for events that occurred on or around March 5;

*Alvin Brock, 54, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and public intoxication by a controlled substance for events that occurred on or around May 18;

*Hunter Hassler, 24, of Hermitage, Tennessee, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and carrying a concealed deadly weapon for events that occurred on or around April 4;

*Kimberly Ann Roark, 41, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, buy or possess drug paraphernalia, no or expired registration plates, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to maintain required insurance or security, and theft of identity of another without consent for events that occurred on or around July 22, 2015;

*Pauline Patterson, 62, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and no operator’s license for events that occurred on or around Feb. 18;

*Todd E. Reynolds, 39, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid or assistance, failure to report a traffic accident, possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and failure to register transfer of motor vehicle for events that occurred on or around Oct. 20;

*Andrew Fuson, 36, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, buy or possess drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication by a controlled substance for events that occurred on or around May 15;

*Kenneth Wyatt, 29, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, buy or possess drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a minor for events that occurred on or about May 9;

*Ben Barnett, 56, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana for events that occurred on or about April 5.
